Refunds:

Upon initiating a return request, you will be eligible for a refund. We will process the refund promptly once we receive your return request. Please note that the refund amount will be equivalent to the purchase price of the item. Please allow for 3-5 business days to process your refund request.

Product Replacement:

Alternatively, if you prefer, we also offer the option to replace the product instead of receiving a refund. Simply let us know, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please allow for 3-5 business days to process your request.
